Self-reservoir toilet bowl and/or embedded reservoir and wall-hung toilet bowl shall be assembled in accordance with its project. Shower cabin shall be also assembled in accordance with the project.


KITCHEN ALCOVE

CUPBOARD: Acrylic and/or natural granite and/or marble and/or laminated top shall be made. Frontal and tops, upper cupboards shall be made of Ceramics and/or granite covering and/or glass mosaic and/or fillet marble and/or mdflam covered with aluminum. Kitchen upper and lower cupboards may be moved to your house, if you like. Hinges shall be equipped with stoppers and adjustable legs shall be installed.
EMBEDDED PRODUCTS and KITCHEN SINK: There shall be microwave oven, refrigerator, stove and kitchen in the project which are all in line with this project.


BALCONY
PAVEMENT: First Class Granite Ceramics (Wooden pattern)
CEILING: Compact Laminated Outdoor Panel.
HAND RAILS: Aluminum, Handrails with glass.
BALCONY DOOR: Heat insulated aluminum glass door.


LANDSCAPING
Pedestrian and vehicle roads open and closed car parks shall be constructed in places stated in the project inside the parcel. There shall be access ramps for disabled persons from closed carparks to elevators or pass corridors of buildings equipped. Open and/or closed swimming pool shall be constructed within the scope of the project. Filtration installation of the pool, changing rooms, showers and foot disinfection pool shall be constructed.
There shall be handrails and paint applied in size and model to be approved by the Administration on the security walls around the housing estate.
In vehicle roads and open carparks in the housing estate, there shall be mesh reinforcement C25 concrete with the thickness of 20 cm shall be used. Parquet stones, asphalt covering, pressed concrete, etc. could be applied on the concrete. Ornamental pools and/or artificial lagoons shall be equipped with biological filtration, decorative fountains and special led lighting.
There shall be urban furniture, resting areas and playgrounds for kids constructed within this project.
Herbal and structural landscaping of the housing estate shall be made in accordance with approved project.

Roll-on lawn shall be used in areas that are stated as green areas within the scope of the project and automatic controlled watering system shall be applied in those areas in comply with its project.
Considering disabled wheelchair and stroller circulation in the estate, access to built-in elevators shall be provided and social facilities shall be constructed as wheelchair or strollers could access.


GENERAL
REINFORCED CONCRETE: Buildings shall be reinforced concrete carcass. Construction method shall be raft foundation and conventional molding.
FOUNDATION AND CURTAIN INSULATION: Double layered water insulation bituminous membrane of 4 mm thickness four sides and encasement of foundation + 5 cm Extruded Polystyrene Board/Panel (XPS) + 8,5 cm bricks shall be used. On surface of curtains; net plaster with insulating mortar shall be applied on joints of pavement, foundation and load-bearing curtains + bituminous-based, double components water insulation + 5 cm Extruded Polystyrene Board/Panel (XPS) + 8,5 cm bricks shall be applied Rough cast + fine cast + plastic paint shall be applied from interior.
SOUND AND HEAT INSULATION: There shall be heat and sound insulation applied on areas dividing two flats and/or which are not heated and parts of common walls/joint walls which is also a part of living room and/or bedrooms.
EXTERNAL THERAL INSULATION: Heat insulating aluminum profiles and heat insulating double glazing windows shall be used in order to provide thermal insulation on external façade.
WIND VANE AND GALLERY SPACE: Pavement covering shall be made by Alum + ceramics and/or measured size marble and/or natural granite and/or natural stones. Moreover, pattern application shall be implied with an approval of Administration. Mail boxes in the number of apartments in total shall be produced from wooden or plexi-glass materials and a billboard shall be produced. In each floor, there shall be a number sign of the number of storey hanged on the fire exits and storey halls made by any material approved by Administration inside the shaft. All surfaces inside the shaft shall be plastered with white cement-based material. There shall be shaft cover case, shaft wings and trim produced from aluminum profiles. They shall be equipped with handle and locks. Keys shall be master system.
APARTMENT ENTRANCE DOORS: Two sides of door wings of entrance door of apartment, back band and door case shall be wooden and/or PVC or laminated glass covered. The assembly of the door shall be made with construction foam and/or mortar.
INTERIOR DOORS OF APARTMENT: There shall be door wings, case and door trims made of wooden and/or PVC covered MDF, with and/or without windows shall be constructed and assembled to their places with the metallic accessories. Door handles shall be made of stainless steel materials. Glass and/or glass covered doors shall be assembled on their places in accordance with its project.
SKIRTING BOARDS: Skirting boards made of pavement material and/or wood and/or PVC covered MDF shall be assembled with height in comply with projects. WINDOWS: There shall be windows that could be opened on thermal insulated aluminum covered façade systems.

FIRE EXTINGUISHING INSTALLATION: Central water tank on parcel basis and fire pump station with TSE certificate if any, or if not, with UL/FM, VDS or other international certificates and fire extinguishing system shall be used in comply with the approved project.
WASTE WATER PIPING: Auto thermal and sound insulated, multi-layered and with mineral additives waste water piping shall include silence pipes and fitting accessories in compliance with DIN 4102 (burnt class min. B2) and DIN 4109 (ceiling experiment room UG, installation sound level value is 4 lt/h, max. 20dB).
NATURAL GAS INSTALLATION: Natural gas infrastructure piping shall be installed inside the estate in compliance with approved project; blocks, social facilities and other facilities in which natural gas consumption shall be occurred, all infrastructure connections shall be made.
INTERCOM: Visual and colorful intercom system shall be installed in comply with the project. Apartments could contact with block entrance and estate entrance door.
FIRE WARNING SYSTEM: Address-based fire warning system shall be provided in compliance with the project.
ENVIRONMENTAL LIGHTING: Playing garden, walking paths and road lightings shall be allocated and equipped with decorative type lighting poles.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: Emergency lighting sortie shall be allocated with led armatures in accordance with its project and fire legislation.
GENERATOR: Generator system with the capacity that could provide 100% back-up energy in all common areas and apartments.
ELEVATOR: Supply and assembly of elevators with emergency safety and rescue equipment in TSE and CE standards and in the number and speed which is in comply with the traffic in the blocks and fire legislation.
SECURITY SYSTEM: Closed Circuit Camera System (CCTV) shall be installed for the purpose of security that controls exterior walls and/or iron handrails / fences, entrances and exits of carparks and entrances of blocks in comply with its project, monitoring and recording could be made from the security center for 7 days 24 hours.
